What I experienced of the procedures in your companioning.

 

I felt held and supported while you were companioning me and felt clear about the process we were going through. You invited me to share what I wanted about the background of my work which I appreciated. When you read back the key elements I felt very heard and felt supported in coming up with the thematic statement.

What I experienced of relational ethics in your companioning.

 

Cass, I loved the way you connected with me and put me at ease with my work. I loved your enthusiasm for collaborating and your patience when I couldn’t think what I meant. I felt equal in the process and unpressured in coming up with a theme statement and yet guided through all the connections I was making. You allowed me to be in the process rather than just doing it because of your genuine support for where I was at any given moment. It was such a pleasure, thank you!
